DIRECTIONS
From Ombersley take the A4133 West towards Holt Fleet. In 2.1miles at the Give Way junction turn Left onto A443 heading South. Ignore signs for Sinton Green and in 3 miles at Hallow Heath turn sharp Right into Moseley Road. *In 1.3 miles, at the crossroads, turn Right signposted Grimley Village. Site is 0.2 miles on Left.

INFORMATION
The Hall has Wi-Fi is available all weekend. Note Noreen’s Craft Session on Saturday. There is a new kitchen including use of a fridge. Bus route is half a mile away. Please be aware that there is no rubbish disposal on site.
We try to ensure that we have a craft session at all our meets to get your creative juices flowing. These sessions are open to all but please be mindful that the activities are led by volunteers who spend a lot of time and energy preparing these sessions. If you are attending a session, it would be appreciated if you could bring along the following staple items:
Scissors
Glue stick
Card stock
Sellotape
Craft knife and cutting mat
Double sided tape
Ruler
Foam pads
Pencil/biro.
Friday 11th
4.00 pm Tea, Coffee and biscuits A welcome get-together for an informal chat. An opportunity to introduce ourselves to any newcomers and also to catch up with our regular friends.
6.30 pm Supper Bring your own prepared Supper into the hall so that we can dine together. Use the kitchen facilities if needed to prepare your food.
A quiz will be given out during the meal and the answers will be given during the shared supper on Saturday, to give you plenty of time to complete it.
7.30 pm Evenings entertainment Dining tables will be cleared and pushed to the edges of the hall to create space for our entertainment to commence. The format will be an informal sing around. It will have our usual blend of dancing and spots and we work our way around the room for anyone who would like to perform a song, read a poem. tell a story etc. No pressure, if you prefer just to listen.
9.00 pm Tea, coffee and more biscuits.
Entertainment continues until 10.30 pm
Saturday 12th
8.00 am Hall opened.
10.30 am Tea, Coffee and biscuits. Please bring your Camping and Caravanning Club membership cards and cash to pay your meet fees.
The MC for the evening’s entertainment will be announced so please let him/her know if you want to perform or call a dance
11.00 am Crafts organised by Noreen Please bring your normal craft tools etc, and on this occasion small coloured buttons.
Impromptu music session, so if you play a musical instrument please bring it along and join in so we can serenade the crafters beavering away on the tables.
2.00 pm Continuation of the Impromptu music session. A free and easy afternoon, further opportunities to chat.
4.00 pm Tea, Coffee and biscuits
6.00 pm for 6.30 pm Shared supper. Bring a plate of savoury food and a desert to put on our shared table Answers to the quiz and magnificent prizes will be given.
7.30 pm Evenings entertainment The MC will lead the evening's activities consisting of dancing and spot turns.
9.00 pm Tea, Coffee and biscuits. Raffle with stupendous prizes.
Entertainment continues until 10.30 pm
Sunday 13th
8.00 am Hall opened. 10.30 am Tea, Coffee and biscuits. Relaxing farewell chat. Assistance would be appreciated to clear away tables and chairs etc. We aim to vacate the site at midday.

INFORMATION
The doors open on Friday at 2pm with Tea and Biscuits at 4 30pm. Bring your own food to the hall to eat together at 6 3pm followed by music, song and dance.
Saturday tea and coffee at 10 30am along with payment for the weekend (Cash only) and crafts and music.
Hopefully ,if weather and conditions allow, we plan to hold the Annual Boules Competition on Saturday afternoon. If anyone has any boules please bring them.
6 30pm a shared supper, so please bring your food contribution, followed by an other evening of music, song and dance
