Whats on this Weekend …

Friday

The site opens at 2pm and you will be met by Santa's 'Elpful Elves (alias Ann and Tim) who are our stewards for the Christmas themed weekend.

After a chat and tea there will be time to look at the fiendish Christmas Quiz that Tim has prepared.  Please bring your own supper in to the hall at 6.30pm for a communal get together.  We can use the facilities in the kitchen to save warming your supper up in your own van.  After supper there will be the usual play, sing and dance evening which will include a Christmas gift grab and a jigsaw to complete before Sunday. You are invited to wear a Christmas hat at supper.

Saturday.

The hall will be open from 9 am. Coffee/tea will be at 10.30am.  Please bring your C & C Club card and your money at this time.  After refreshments Ann will be running a Christmas card and decoration workshop. If you are intending joining the craft workshop would you bring a 30cm ruler (we need the cm side), a pair of scissors, a pencil and an eraser. Tim will also host a music session (songs and tunes) during the morning.

After lunch (at 2pm until tea time. ) in the hall Ann and Tim are running a “all join in” song session using an overhead projector.  All are welcome to play and  sing and Gay will bring her percussion bag so we can all join in. After tea, at 4 pm, there will be a team game “Snowball challenge”  where pairs will compete to get the most “snowballs” (ping pong balls) into a bucket.  Please bring contributions for the table for our shared supper starting at 6.30 pm. You are invited to wear a Christmas hat at supper.   Then a game of Charades - guess the Christmas song.  After supper there will be usual play, sing and dance evening with the raffle and answers to the quiz.

Sunday

The hall will be open from 9 am.  We have coffee at 10.30am, time for a chat and then wend our way home.  Everyone off site by 12 o'clock please.

Our thanks to Ann and Tim for running this weekend.
