Nether Whitacre Meet Cancelled

Regrettably, the Nether Whitacre meet on the 17th to 19th October 2025 has had to be cancelled. We have notified the Camping and Caravanning Club and the event will be removed from Out and About.

However, we are pleased to advise Midland members that we have managed to arrange a one day meet at Sytchampton Village hall on Saturday 18th October 2025.  The cost of this meet is just £5 per person and will commence at 2.00pm and finish at 10.00pm. 

We will have Craft sessions and impromptu music sessions during the afternoon, a shared supper at 6.30pm and an evening of dancing and individual spot turns round the room in the evening. For anyone arriving in their motorhome or caravan you can stay overnight for a fee of £5, however you will have to have your own facilities as there will be no access to the hall on the Sunday morning.
